晶科电子于2006年8月在广州南沙成立，是国家高新技术企业，致力于LED 封装器件及其应用产品的研发、生产和销售。依托自主研发的大功率高亮度倒装焊LED芯片级光源技术、白光芯片技术及无金线封装的晶片级白光大功率LED光源技术进入汽车前装照明领域，发展了一系列具有竞争力的车规级照明光源并得到广泛应用。2018年成立了全资子公司——联晶智能电子有限公司及与吉利汽车成立了合资公司——领为视觉智能科技（宁波）有限公司，通过全资控股和战略合资的方式整合了从车规级LED器件到PCBA、驱动模组、总成车灯的全产业链战略布局，为客户提供全产业链配套解决方案。

Established in August 2006 in Nansha, Guangzhou, APT has the total share capital of about 60 million USD. It is a high-tech photoelectrical semiconductor enterprise mainly focusing on the research and development, manufacturing and sales of LED device and module for smart lighting, new display, intelligent automotive lighting, etc. It has been identified as the National High-tech Enterprise, and has established a R&D center of both Provincial and Municipal Level, as well as an engineering laboratory certified by CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment).

APT has currently three branches, including the wholly-owned subsidiary Linlux Electronics Ltd., Expert in R&D, Design and Manufacture of intelligent automative lighting.

The team of company is composed of many outstanding experts, scholars, post-doctorate, doctors, and masters who have over a decade of R&D, operation and management experience in semiconductor and LED industry, including 1 national specially-hired overseas expert and 2 provincial and municipal innovation talents.
